Refund policy

Warranty
Modbap Modular warrants all products to be free of manufacturing defects related to materials and/or construction for a period of one (1) year following the product’s purchase date by the original owner as certified by proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or invoice).

This non-transferrable warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse of the product, or any unauthorized modification of the product’s hardware or firmware.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Modbap Modular reserves the right to determine what qualifies as misuse at their discretion and may include but is not limited to damage to the product caused by 3rd party related issues, negligence, modifications, improper handling, exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, and excessive force.

RMA process
To start a return, you can contact us via our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA #, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RMA # will not be accepted.

Repair items
Repair items inspection and troubleshooting will apply when the item arrives. If it is determined it can be repaired it will be repaired and returned to the customer. If it is determined that the unit should be replaced instead, the unit will be replaced and returned to the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If a refund is required, refund will be issued (not including shipping) after returned item is received and inspected for blemishes and/or damages. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Restocking
There will be a 15% restocking fee if there are any blemishes, rack rash etc. (Not for DOA units)
